We offer workshops to help with daily life skills. This includes everyday clean-up and tips, cooking skills, food safety, meal planning, laundry, and safety with chemicals.

Our goal is to prepare you for employment by creating a professional resume, rehearsing for interviews, understanding team roles, and finding jobs that match your qualifications.

During my 28-year career as a nurse and creator of Independent Living Home Care Agency, I have witnessed the incredible resilience within our local area. My passion lies in empowering those who need life skills support and vocational guidance to become active members of society by providing the training and support necessary for a life of autonomy and respect. Alongside my husband Dalton and our children, Graham and Jacob, I provide compassionate, professional mentorship to foster your self-assurance. My focus is on equipping you with practical tools for independent living, as your personal triumphs represent the core of my life’s mission.
